Nibbo is an online shop. Orders are packed and sent from Ontario, usually the same day, and every message is read and answered by a person — in English or French.

Getting it to you
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $35. Below that it is a flat $6 anywhere in Canada. No surprise charges at checkout.
How fast is it?
Orders placed on a business day are usually packed the same day. Most of Ontario sees delivery in 1–3 business days; the rest of Canada is typically 2–7, depending on how far it is going.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet. Cross-border brokerage fees can cost several times more than a charm, and we are not willing to surprise anyone with that. Canada only for now.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. If it has not arrived and tracking has stalled, message us and we will chase it.
Returns
If it is not right
What is the returns window?
30 days from delivery, in original condition. Tell us what went wrong and we will sort it out.
Something arrived damaged or missing.
Send a photo and your order number. We replace or refund it — you will not be asked to post a damaged item back.
Can I return a blind box or mystery item?
Only if it arrives sealed and unopened. The contents are random by design, so an opened box cannot be returned for being the wrong character.

Fit, size and feel
Will this charm fit my shoes?
Every charm lists exactly what it fits and its size in millimetres. Anything marked as fitting clog-style holes fits the standard 12mm hole. If you are unsure, message us with a photo.
What does Squish Factor mean?
A 1–5 rating of how much give a squishy toy has. 1 is firm and barely yields; 5 collapses under light pressure and springs back slowly. We rate every one by hand.
Are the photos of the actual product?
Charms are photographed on real shoes and bags so you can see the scale, and every listing gives the size in millimetres.
Are these safe for young children?
Charms and small squishy toys are not suitable for children under three — they are a choking hazard. Age guidance is on every product page.
