1. Who we are

Nibbo (nibbo.ca) is an online retailer of shoe charms, bag charms, enamel pins, keychains and squishy toys, shipping to addresses across Canada. Contact us at hello@nibbo.ca. Mailing address for legal notices and returns: 1 Euro Place, Vaughan ON L4H 3M4, Canada.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using nibbo.ca or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.

3. Who can order

You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order. If you are under the age of majority in your province, a parent or guardian should place the order on your behalf.

4. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on the province you're shipping to. We work to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we will contact you before charging or shipping, and you may cancel the order for a full refund if you don't want to proceed at the correct price.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline or cancel any order, including after payment has been authorized — for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if a pricing error occurred. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

See our shipping policy for rates, delivery estimates and what happens if a parcel is lost or delayed. We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.

8. Returns and refunds

See our refund policy for the return window, what's eligible, and how refunds are processed. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer, including rights that cannot be waived under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.

9. Gift cards

Gift cards do not expire and are not returnable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. Treat a gift card code like cash — we cannot replace a lost or stolen gift card code.

10. Product descriptions, age guidance and safety

We describe products as accurately as we can, including size, materials, and age guidance where relevant. See our product safety page for how we approach age guidance generally. We do not make health, safety or performance claims beyond what we can support, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Always follow the age guidance and any warnings on the specific product page and packaging.

11. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Nibbo name, logo and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission. Where we refer to a third-party brand for compatibility — for example, describing a charm as fitting Crocs™-style footwear — that reference is used only to describe compatibility. Crocs™ is a trademark of Crocs, Inc. Nibbo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Crocs, Inc., and similar disclaimers apply to any other third-party brand referenced for compatibility only.

12. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or resell our content or pricing data, or to infringe anyone's rights.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nibbo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a product purchased from it. This limitation does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian or provincial law, including consumer protection legislation.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — except that where you are a consumer resident in Quebec, mandatory provisions of Quebec consumer protection law apply and take precedence over any conflicting term here.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
